General Terms and Conditions
lease
The location in Viale Furio Camillo 50 int. 4 (1st floor), 00181 Rome (RM) is understood to be stipulated between T & T Luxury Home Rome by Massimo Tredicine and Daniele Tredicine and the client who must provide the following information: Surname and Name and Place of residence.
Booking
Booking requests can be made online on the web portal at LuxuryHomeRome.com
For the reservation is due in advance the payment of the whole amount.
T & T Luxury Home Rome reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion.
Reservation confirmation
T & T Luxury Home Rome will send an e-mail confirming the booking of the apartment. The customer must complete all the required fields in the reservation booking form available on the LuxuryHomeRome.com web portal
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the reservation made, the following provisions are applied:
Up to 7 days before arrival, only 30% of the amount is due;
Less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount is due.
Rates
The rates indicate the total cost of the apartments. All prices shown are VAT included..
A City tax of 3.5€ per day per person is due to the City of Rome Municipality.
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is set at two (2) nights, in special cases the property reserves the right to accept bookings of different lengths.
Arrival and Departure times
T & T Luxury Home Rome does not offer a 24-hour reception. In order for the check-in organization to be possible, the client must inform T & T Luxury Home Rome of the expected arrival time.
Check-in takes place from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out takes place before 10:00 on the day of departure.
T & T Luxury Home Rome will allow entry and exit after the scheduled time; the customer must perform the opening and closing procedure of the apartment by following the instructions contained in an e-mail he will receive at the time of booking.
Reception and registration of attendance
Upon arrival at the accommodation the customer is required to present an identity document to the Property or its representative, for the registration of presences as required by law.
The customer undertakes to follow the instructions received during check-in.
Security Deposit
Although a security deposit is not required upon arrival at T & T Luxury Home Rome, any damage to the apartment, furnishings, equipment or building, caused by the client during the stay, must be reimbursed.
Guests – Animals – Smoking
The number of people admitted in the rented apartment must not exceed the maximum number established in the description of the apartment as it appears on the site or on other advertising material. Smoke if forbidden inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartments. The subletting of the rented apartment is not permitted.
In case the customer does not respect any of the points contained in this section, T & T Luxury Home Rome will ask the client to leave the apartment immediately.
It is not allowed to bring into the apartment people whose passport or valid identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner of the apartment.
For us, adults and children are our dear guests, so no distinction is made between services and accommodation rates.
Safe
Not all apartments do not have a safe. T & T Luxury Home Rome is not responsible for the loss of cash, documents, valuables left in the apartment.
Cleaning – Maintenance
The accommodations are delivered clean and in perfect order. Standard cleaning does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette and the removal of garbage that are the responsibility of the customer. If necessary, the Property or its agent reserves the right to access the rented apartment to carry out maintenance and inspection operations.
Extra Extra Cleaning – Parking
Additional cleaning service can be made and paid separately, provided the request is made in advance to allow the management of T & T Luxury Home Rome to organize the cleaning. The cost of parking for cars is € 10.00 per day.
Behavior
The person making the booking is responsible for the correct and decorous behavior of all the guests who will use the apartment. In the event one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, T & T Luxury Home Rome will ask to immediately leave the apartment for rent.
Responsibility
Each accommodation has been visited and checked by the Property. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In case of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the property or its representative. The customer undertakes to grant the property the time necessary to solve any problem.
Court and legal competence
For any dispute concerning the booking and the lease, the place of jurisdiction is Rome.
City tax
The contribution of stay in the “Houses and Apartments” in the city of Rome is 3.5 € per day per person, payment is due cash during the check-in operations
